I want you to feel confident when you bring one of my paintings home.

If the work is not right for you, you have 14 days from the moment it arrives to let me know. Just write to me at mireiafabrega.art@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. I reply within 5 working days.

Please send the painting back in its original condition and packaging, together with the Certificate of Authenticity. Return shipping costs are yours to cover, unless the work arrived damaged or something went wrong on my end.

If your package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening fully and write to me within 48 hours. I'll take care of everything from there.

Personalised commissions cannot be returned, as each one is created specifically for you.

Once the work is back with me and in its original condition, I will refund you in full within 14 days — including your original shipping costs — using the same payment method you used.
