Authentic Art with Heart, Art Therapy, and Mindful Creativity

I am Mireia Fàbrega, a mixed media artist exploring creativity as a tool for reflection and emotional balance. I create symbolic paintings inspired by nature, the sea, and the quiet transformations we experience in life.

This blog is a place where I share my artistic work, my exhibitions, and simple creative exercises inspired by art therapy.

My intention is to show how original art done with soul that can bring beauty, reflection, and calm into everyday life.

If this speaks to you, you are warmly welcomed here.

About Me

For more than twenty years I worked managing European higher education projects.

Painting was always present in my life, but over time it became something deeper. A way to process change, slow down, and reconnect with creativity.

Today I create original art with soul, mixed media paintings with many layers, textures, and symbolic elements. Nature often guides my work. The sea, lotus flowers, and water lilies appear frequently because they represent resilience and transformation.

Many of my paintings include hidden messages in the background. Quiet, subtle, but meaningful.

Your paintings have a beautiful sense of depth. The layers and textures make you want to look at them for a long time.

There is something very calm about your work. It brings a peaceful feeling to the room.
