What people tell me, in their own words
Reading these reviews back still moves me every time. I don't write from a marketing brief — these are real words from real people who brought a piece of mine into their lives, and each one means something different to me, for its own reason. You can see more of these original mixed media paintings.
Real reviews from Google — in collectors' own words
These are recent reviews left by real collectors on the Mireia Fàbrega Art Google profile.
"Mireia painted a portrait of my dog and included several hidden messages into the painting that carry a special meaning for me. I absolutely love it! What attracted me the most is that her work radiates elements of love, pride, hope, transformation, resilience. She listened to my preferences yet she interpreted them in her own special intuitive way. Thank you Mireia!" — A collector, commissioned pet portrait
"I wholeheartedly recommend the work of this wonderful artist. Her custom pieces are so much more than just paintings: they convey emotions, tell stories, and possess a special sensitivity that touches the soul. (…) I commissioned a piece as a birthday gift, and she was absolutely delighted. It was a very special, touching, and unique gift — the kind you'll treasure forever." — A collector, commissioned as a birthday gift (review originally in Spanish)
"I have two of her paintings now, I'm so lucky. One was a special order, full of beautiful colours and light — living with it means light, colour, and joy every day... and a smile on my face thinking of my dear artist friend." — A collector, now owns two pieces
A gift for a friendship that was never going to end
One commission I still think about was a piece offered as a gift to celebrate a friendship, with a hidden message worked into the piece itself. I love that idea — that some bonds matter that much, that a true friendship is forever, and that someone wanted to mark it with a painting holding its own quiet message, instead of just words.
A mother's gift of strength
Another commission was from a mother who wanted a piece for her daughter — chosen not for the colours or the size of the wall it would fill, but because she wanted her daughter to absorb a little strength just from living with that image every day.
A dog, painted like family
Another was a portrait of someone's dog. An animal becomes one more member of the family — we love them exactly like that — and the bond between a person and the animal they love is its own kind of connection, just as real as the one between two people.
The thread running through all of it
Hidden messages, a birthday gift, two paintings and a friendship remembered with a smile, a mother's strength, a dog painted like family — what connects all of them isn't a style or technique. Every single one is about a bond between living beings: with yourself, with another person, or with an animal you love. That's what I'm actually painting, every time.
